Early Teaching Academy 2022-2023
The Early Teaching Academy (ETA) is a cohort-based program designed for teachers with less than three years of classroom experience. ETA will be led by experienced educators and university faculty (i.e., NYS Teachers of the Year (NSTOY), NYS Master Teacher Emeriti (NYSMT), and Nationally Board Certified Teachers (NBCT).
ETA Goals:

Supporting the needs of new educators.

Providing a forum to discuss social-emotional learning supports and strategies.

Sharing and developing a repository of instructional approaches and tools.

Strengthening and fostering collegial collaboration and networking.
