We’d like to invite you to join colleagues for what may become a weekly ZOOM session loosely structured by an emerging agenda. The idea is to craft together what we want and need for ourselves, each other, and our host School of Education. Our Wednesday chats will speak to our collective needs for social supports and emotional boosters. Our first session involves small group conversations, facilitated by ZOOM’s chat rooms. The initial outcome is an agenda which encompasses your respective needs, interests, and future priorities. The distal outcome is a stronger organizational culture and a more supportive climate for all of us. We think it’s worth a try. How about you?
