Did you know that the average high school graduation rate for students concentrating in Career and Tech programs is 95% compared to 75% nationally?

During this edTrend workshop you will have an opportunity to hear from two Capital Region BOCES staff including Nancy Liddle, Sr. Business Community Liaison, and James Hass, CTE teacher on special assignment, about their work with Career and Technical Education (CTE). They will provide an overview of CTE and how it helps to prepare students for future success in the workforce and in college. You will also learn how we are working with local businesses/industry and institutions of higher education to provide to support students who are engaged in our programs.
