Scratch is a graphic programming language developed at MIT. There are two versions of Scratch: Super Scratch and Action Scratch. In both of these classes, young students will use coding building blocks to build different adventures using animations and storytelling (Super Scratch) and games (Action Scratch). Young students will learn fundamental programming concepts by creating animations and computer games with interacting characters. This course creates a beginner foundation in programming which can be used in other advanced languages.
